The TurboX Mini is a desktop airbrush compressor that runs from 8 to 36 psi. A digital screen shows the pressure as you spray, in psi or bar, so you can see exactly what the airbrush is getting.
Press the knob to cycle through low, medium and high presets, or turn it to set the pressure yourself across 18 levels. A second mode cuts down how often the motor stops and starts, which smooths out the air stream for low-flow detail work. Gaahleri measures it at under 48dB from a metre away.
The screen also shows the internal temperature. It flashes a warning at 85°C and shuts the compressor down at 90°C until it cools.
The hose takes airbrushes with a 1/8 inch BSP fitting, including the GHAD-39 and Mobius 0.3mm. The power adapter has an Australian plug. If you also need an airbrush, the GTS-06 Serenair kit comes with one.
