These Terms of Service govern your use of thehobbyarmoury.com.au and any purchase made through it. The site is operated by Ralph Waskow trading as The Hobby Armoury (ABN 72 470 632 283), Mooloolah Valley, QLD. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or over, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to place an order.

Product information

We do our best to describe and photograph products accurately, but slight variation in colour, material, or finish can occur, particularly on hand-cast resin or hand-painted items, and isn't a fault. Product images are indicative and may show items assembled and painted for illustration. Unless a listing says otherwise, miniatures are supplied unassembled and unpainted, and paints, glue, and tools are sold separately.

Not intended for young children

Our products are hobby and collectible items intended for adult and teen hobbyists. Many contain small parts, sharp edges, or components that present a choking or injury hazard, and aren't suitable for children under the age recommended on the product, or under 14 where no age is stated.

Trademarks

Warhammer, Age of Sigmar, Dungeons & Dragons, and other game systems, miniatures, and setting names referenced on this site are trademarks of their respective owners. The Hobby Armoury is an independent retailer and isn't affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to those trademark owners unless a listing explicitly says so.

Pricing and payment

All prices are listed in Australian dollars and are inclusive of any taxes applicable at the time of your order. We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors before an order is dispatched. If this affects your order, we'll contact you and offer a full refund if you no longer wish to proceed.

Order acceptance and cancellation

An order confirmation email confirms we've received your order, not that it's been accepted. We may cancel or refuse an order, for example due to a stock, pricing, or listing error, or suspected fraudulent activity, in which case we'll notify you and issue a full refund.

Shipping and returns

Shipping is covered in our Shipping Policy. Returns, refunds, and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are covered in our Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes those rights.

Website use

You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt unauthorised access to our systems, or to scrape, copy, or reuse site content without permission.

Intellectual property

Content on this site, including text, layout, and original photography, is owned by The Hobby Armoury unless otherwise credited, and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, The Hobby Armoury isn't liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site or its products. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law that can't lawfully be excluded, restricted, or modified.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect once posted on this page.
