Tempest Blue Wash leaves a cool blue-grey behind and shades without warming anything. It is the wash to reach for over white cloth, silver armour and pale stone, where a brown shade would dirty them.
It also deepens blues in one pass and cools down a face that has gone too pink. 15ml, Wave 2.
