Two Thin Coats: Marine Blue

Marine Blue is a dark navy with a slight violet lean. It is the shadow of the Wave 1 blue triad, and deep enough to work as a solid uniform blue on its own.

Elysium Blue goes over it as the midtone, Celestial Blue along the edges. 15ml.
