Two Thin Coats: Leviathan Blue

Leviathan Blue is a bright azure and the highlight of the Wave 2 blue triad. Run it along edges and raised folds over Witching Hour Blue.

On its own it makes a clean sky blue for shields and sails. 15ml, Wave 2.
