Two Thin Coats: Elysium Blue

A mid royal blue, clean and slightly cool. As the midtone it does most of the visible work on a blue surface, with Marine Blue in the folds and Celestial Blue on the edges.

Cloaks, banners and armour panels all suit it. 15ml, Wave 1.
