AK Interactive 3Gen - Snow Blue

Snow Blue is a very pale icy blue, the highlight tone for snow, ice and white cloth in cold light. It keeps white from going flat.

Drybrush it over a white base and snow suddenly reads as cold. 18ml dropper bottle from the standard 3Gen range.
